Tummy Happy Recipes are free from wheat, gluten and milk. Each dish featured is a personal homemade recipe passed on throughout the years through my family, or just ones I’ve changed around in order to make them allergy free.
Nothing posted on here is hard to make, each recipe is as authentic as possible, and most of all delicious. After being gluten, wheat and dairy free for many years now, I honestly believe that ‘free from’ cooking doesn’t have to be bland and boring.
